Lentil-Barley Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    3/4 c. lentils
    1 qt. tomatoes
    3/4 c. barley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Saute oleo, chopped celery and chopped onion.
    Add water and lentils.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, barley and seasonings listed and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add carrots (shredded) and cook for 5 minutes.
