Keri'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 large very ripe bananas, sliced
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together shortening and sugar. Add, while using mixer, bananas, milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
    Fold in chopped nuts.
    Pour mixture into well-greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes if in loaf pan. Bake for 15 minutes for muffin tins.
