Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
salt and pepper
onion and garlic salt
1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. water
2 small onions
4 stalks celery
6 bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper and onion and garlic salt. Flour and fry until lightly browned.
Drain chicken.
Pour oil from skillet and saute onion and celery.
Add bouillon and Kitchen Bouquet.
Add water and rice.
Place chicken on top and cover tightly.
Place in oven for about 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
