Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/8 c. table sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugars; add egg yolk and blend well.
    Add flour and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Form dough into small balls and press flat with floured fork on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
