Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 heaping tsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Colby cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well.
Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Prepare a few hours ahead so flavors can blend.
Great on any crackers.
