Broccoli Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    croutons
Preparation
    Cook rice in water according to directions on box.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add broccoli and simmer until tender.
    Mix soup and chunks of cheese.
    Mix ingredients lightly.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
