Jet'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. frozen mixed vegetables with broccoli
    1 can cream of Cheddar cheese soup
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chives
Preparation
    Put chicken in a pan and cover with water; put in salt and boil until tender.
    Remove chicken (reserve liquid in pan) and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Cook vegetables in 2 cups of the reserved chicken broth, boiling on low for 6 minutes.
    Drain vegetables; mix with chicken, cheese soup, pepper and chives.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
