Basic Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick unsalted butter (1/4 lb. or 1/2 c.)
1 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs (bouquet garni) or 2 to 6 Tbsp. fresh herbs
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
salt (optional)
white pepper
Preparation

Combine ingredients; mix until fluffy.
Store in refrigerator at least one hour to develop flavor.
