Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    celery flakes
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice thin.
    Make white sauce of oleo, flour and milk.
    Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with half the sauce, seasonings and onion.
    Sprinkle with celery flakes and cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients in layers. Sprinkle with celery flakes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake until top is browned.
