Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook green pepper and onion until tender; drain.
    Mix both cans corn, eggs and muffin mix.
    Add to pepper and onion.
    Place in 2-quart greased casserole.
    Spread cheese over top and bake 40 to 55 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
