Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Grease an 8-inch square glass dish.
    Mix together flour, sugar and grated cheese.
    Place drained pineapple chunks into casserole dish.
    Pour flour mixture over top of pineapple. Add crushed crackers on top and pour melted butter over top of crackers.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crackers are lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
