Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 or 4 large sweet potatoes
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. oleo

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes in jackets.
Remove skins and mash well. Add eggs, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, milk and oleo.
Mix well and place in 2-quart casserole.
