Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) pkg. vanilla caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted oleo
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. milk chocolate chips
3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix the first 2 ingredients together and set aside.
Mix cake mix, melted oleo and the 3/4 cup milk.
Pour 1/2 the cake batter in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Spread melted caramel mixture over top of hot cake.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of caramel.
Sprinkle pecans on top of chips.
Pour remaining batter over all and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
