Rosy Rhubarb Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen rhubarb
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped apples
    1/3 c. broken nut meats
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb in water until just tender.
    Add jello and salt to hot mixture and stir until dissolved.
    Chill, then fold in apples and nuts.
    Chill and serve.
