Kathy'S Kasserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bread
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can condensed milk (about 8 oz.)
Preparation
    Cube bread and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch oblong dish. Brown sausage and drain well.
    Place sausage on top of bread.
    In a bowl, mix eggs, soup and milk and then pour on top.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake about 30 minutes in moderate oven.
    Garnish with fresh parsley.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
