Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Melt all ingredients in large saucepan over medium heat.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Take from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon soda. Stir. Pour over 16 cups popped popcorn quickly.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven on cookie sheets for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
