Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
walnuts, cherries or coconut
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Crush graham crackers.
Pack in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix softened cream cheese with Cool Whip.
Mix lemon pudding with milk.
Beat well.
Spread on top of cracker crumbs.
Top with cream cheese mixture.
Add topping of your choice.
