Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 or 10-inch) pie shell, baked
2 1/2 lb. or 7 medium peaches, peeled
3/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
Preparation

Puree 1 cup peaches with orange juice.
Mix sugar and cornstarch; add puree.
Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Cool quickly.
Slice remaining peaches.
Mix with lemon juice and puree.
Pour into baked shell and garnish with orange peel.
