Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Reserve one cup of cake mix for topping.
Mix together the rest of the cake mix,
melted butter and egg and pat into the bottom and sides of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix together the pumpkin,
eggs, sugars, milk and cinnamon and pour over crust. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
