Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Crumble 2 cups flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Press into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 until firm, not brown.
