Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. honey
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oats in shallow pan at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Heat sugar, oil and honey in saucepan until sugar is dissolved.
    Add vanilla to liquid ingredients.
    Add remaining dry ingredients to oats, stir in liquid ingredients, mixing to coat dry ingredients.
    Toast in oven, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Makes 10 cups or 40 servings.
