Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild pork sausage, browned, crumbled, drained and cooled
6 eggs, beaten well
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread, decrusted and cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix beaten eggs, milk, cubed bread, salt and mustard in large bowl.
Mix by hand with large spoon.
Add sausage and cheese. Stir well.
Pour into greased Pyrex 9 x 9-inch or 8 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Cover and set overnight in refrigerator.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
Makes 6 servings.
