Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
2 or 3 c. graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 (9 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can Milnot
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix jello with water and let get partially set in refrigerator.
Crush graham crackers and melt butter.
Mix together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
(Leave a few graham crackers for topping.)
Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. In separate bowl, beat 1 can Milnot.
Add vanilla.
Add jello mix to cream cheese mix, then to Milnot mix.
Mix well.
Pour over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Cool.
