Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. sour cream
    4 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. creamed corn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
    Bake in an iron skillet for 35 minutes.
