Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork until light; add sugar, cornmeal and vinegar.
    Stir to mix well; do not beat.
    Add cooled butter and vanilla.
    Stir to mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
