Fresh Apple Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. frozen apple juice, thawed
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 medium apples, cored, pared and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake pastry shell for 15 minutes.
    Beat sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, apple juice, egg, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Cool.
