Tapioca Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding mix
    2 small cans Mandarin oranges
    1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    4 bananas
    orange juice
Preparation
    Save 3 cups liquid from pineapple and oranges.
    Add orange juice to make up the 3 cups.
    Pour liquid over pudding mix in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring, until thickened (not hard). Let cool.
    Add oranges, pineapple and bananas.
    Refrigerate until cool and serve.
    (This may be kept several days in refrigerator.)
