Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can chicken broth
1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken
1 c. shredded process cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 c. raw regular rice
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until tender.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
