Chilled Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries, washed and hulled
1 c. sour cream
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation

Place strawberries in blender or food processor.
Process until well blended.
Remove to bowl; add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Chill overnight.
Serve with dollop of whipped cream or sour cream on top.
