Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 eggs (save whites for topping)
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt together.
Beat the 3 egg yolks and 1 egg white together.
Stir in milk and vanilla. Beat in flour and sugar mixture.
Heat in saucepan over medium heat until thick. Add coconut.
Pour into baked pastry shell. Top with the two well beaten egg whites. Brown in oven.
