Carrot And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can prepared apple pie filling
    paprika
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Clean and slice carrots into 1-inch diagonal pieces and cook until barely tender.
    Drain.
    Mix with apple pie filling and pineapple.
    Spread mixture in large casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes a nice accompaniment to ham.
