Shortcut Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oleo
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice (measure accurately; bottled)
1 tsp. vanilla
5 bananas
2 Tbsp. bottled lemon juice
Preparation

In a small pan over low heat, stir oleo, sugar and cinnamon until the bubbles form.
Remove from heat.
Mix in crumbs.
Press evenly in a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill.
