Blueberry Ice Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Combine flour and ice cream in bowl.
    Stir until just moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill paper-lined muffin cups 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
