Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
2 c. sliced apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine tapioca, sugar, salt, berries and apples.
Add lemon juice; let stand about 15 minutes.
Put in pie crust, then top with butter and top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 55 minutes, or until syrup boils with heavy bubbles that do not burst.
