Jalapeno Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    4 to 8 jalapeno peppers, seeded
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pt. real mayonnaise (2 c.)
Preparation
    Finely chop onion and peppers.
    Grate cheese.
    Mix onion, peppers, cheese, garlic, salt and mayonnaise.
    Blend 3 minutes or until fluffy.
    Will last up to 3 months in the refrigerator. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
