Eggs Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
    1 doz. eggs
    1 to 1 1/2 c. ham, cubed
    2/3 c. half and half
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese (1/4 pound).
    Crack eggs on top of cheese (3 rows of 4).
    Break yolks but do not mix.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add half and half.
    Add the ham and remaining cheese.
    Must set overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
