Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 eggs
    1 pkg. (8 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. rum extract or use 1 Tbsp. dark rum
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. walnut halves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat margarine and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add chocolate, coffee and rum extract.
    Mix well. Stir in flour and chopped nuts.
    Pour into pie shell. Decorate top of pie with walnut halves.
    Bake in lower third of oven for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
    Refrigerate
    at least 1 hour.
