Friday Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. plain flour
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. each: dry mustard, salt and pepper
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cooked or frozen salad or cocktail shrimp, thawed and drained (I use more)
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add flour, onion, sauce, mustard, salt and pepper to make sauce.
Add milk and stir until thickened to make white sauce.
Combine noodles, peas and shrimp.
Combine white sauce and shrimp mix.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Freezes well before cooking.
