Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. raw apples, chopped

Preparation

Blend oil and sugar well.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix dry ingredients and add to the mixture.
Add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
