Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. plain flour in 1 c. milk
    1 to 2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Tony's seasoning
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring to a boil and turn heat down; simmer 5 minutes.
