Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 small cans crab meat, drained
    2 slices hard Italian bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut off stems from mushrooms and wash well.
    Chop stems and cook in olive oil with garlic and onion, about 5 minutes.
    Add crab meat, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cook about 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat, allow to cool.
    Add bread and egg.
    Mix well.
