Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and well drained
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell or 10-inch shell
Preparation

Put sausage and cheese in pie shell and evenly distribute. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or mixer and mix well. Pour custard mixture over cheese and sausage.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until just set in center and lightly browned.
