Amazin Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. peeled apples, chopped
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Grease and flour one long baking pan.
Mix at low speed the first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Batter will be thick.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts with a spoon.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
