Hilda'S Famous Biscuits And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
    2 sticks oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a double boiler, place milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook 20 minutes, watching that double boiler does not run dry.
    Fry sausage in a skillet, and do not drain grease.
    When fully cooked, add oleo and flour; stir, mixing well.
    Pour meat into hot milk and cook until gravy thickens, 10 minutes or longer.
    Place opened biscuit on a plate or in a bowl and cover with sausage gravy.
    (If you desire, you may add 2 teaspoons sugar to milk gravy while cooking.)
