Low Calorie Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 graham crackers, crumbled
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 pkg. sugar substitute
1 (3 oz.) sugar-free jello (lemon)
3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. vanilla
6 pkg. sugar substitute
Preparation

Make crust of crackers, margarine and 2 packages sugar substitute.
Pour into pie plate.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water; cool.
In blender, combine cottage cheese and 6 packages sugar substitute; blend until smooth.
Gradually add jello and vanilla to cottage cheese mixture.
Blend until combined.
Pour into graham crust.
Chill.
