Corned Beef Salad(Serves 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can corned beef, chopped
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 pkg. gelatin
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 large and 1 small cream cheese
Preparation
    Into the boiling water, dissolve the beef bouillon cubes, the lemon Jell-O and the gelatin, letting it sit until it cools.
    Then add other items, mixing well.
    Put into the refrigerator until ready to serve.
