Black-Eyed Peas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 green onions and tops, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and chill one hour before serving.
