Whipped Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1-inch stick cinnamon
3 Tbsp. strong coffee
3 sq. sweet chocolate
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. Schilling vanilla flavoring
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Heat milk to boiling with coffee and cinnamon.
Remove cinnamon stick.
Dissolve chocolate in hot water.
Add to hot milk.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring and heating until scalding.
Remove from fire and beat until foamy.
