Divine Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 small boxes lemon instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix together margarine, flour and pecans.
Spread in bottom of 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 15 minutes or until brown. Let cool.
Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spread over crust.
Mix pudding with milk.
Let set up, pour over second layer.
Top with Cool Whip.
Chill in refrigerator.
