Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. meal
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. thick buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt
    butter
    in
    saucepan.
    Stir in sugar. Remove from heat. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until filling shakes slightly, about 20 minutes.
